Terms of Service

By accessing or using Mise ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Mise is an AI-powered dinner meal planning application. The Service generates personalized weekly dinner plans, shopping lists, and recipes based on preferences you provide. Mise is available via web and mobile applications.

• You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use Mise.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Mise.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.

Mise offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription:

• Free: 3 AI-generated meal plans per calendar month. Access to core features as described on the pricing page.
• Pro: Unlimited meal plans and access to all features, billed monthly at $7.99/month, or $79.99/year.

Subscriptions are managed through LemonSqueezy and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through the Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you authorize LemonSqueezy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Mise does not store payment card information.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact help@getmiseapp.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe you were charged in error.

Meal plans, recipes, nutritional information, and recipe photos (Pro) are generated by AI. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, including ingredient substitutions or inaccurate nutritional data.
• Mise is not a medical or dietary service. Always consult a healthcare professional for medically-required dietary guidance.
• Cost estimates are approximations and may not reflect actual grocery prices in your area.
• If you have severe food allergies, always verify ingredients independently before consuming any meal.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, subscription enforcement, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service at scale.
• Use the Service to generate content intended to harm others.

The Mise name, logo, and application code are owned by Mise. AI-generated meal plans and recipes are provided for your personal use. You may not resell or redistribute AI-generated content from Mise.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MISE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Danger Zone. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of Mise after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Mise shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
